YOGA FOR STRESS AND TENSION RELEASE
This yoga class is dedicated to all those, who Who would like to experience the state of deep relaxation, reduce their stress level, and release the tension accumulated in the body.
The class is suitable both for experienced yoga practitioners as well as for the beginners. The first part of our class will contain hatha yoga. This practice contains asanas (body positions) and pranayamas (breathing techniques). This will help us to release the tension and ope-up our body. It will increase our energy (prana), blood, and lymph circulation. The second part of the practice is yoga nidra. It can be described as deep, guided relaxation. This stage will bring us to the state of sublime balance and tranquility.
The class will be lead by Skanda. Psychologist and hatha yoga teacher, who teaches and shares yoga wisdom around the world by organizing retreats, seminars, and workshops.
The class will be in English. Please bring your yoga mat with you. And if you don’t own one, please let us know so we can provide it for you. It is also recommended to take with a blouse and socks which you. You can use it during the relaxation part of our class.
The class will take place on the 16th of July. It will start at 19:00 at finish at 21:00.
